This Danforth is designed for boats between 17' and 27' and features two large triangular flukes attached to the stock, allowing the flukes to orient toward the seabed at a 32-degree angle for maximum holding capabilities in common sea bottoms.
Gripping surface features diagonal ribs rather than textured abrasive materials to maximize gripping power and greatly reduce line wear. Strong, lightweight composite roller bearings bushings have excellent corrosion resistance and don't require lubrication.
Stabilizes anchor chains and reduces stress on a windlass when anchored in heavy seas. Investment cast 316 Stainless Steel and fits 5/16, to 1/2" anchor chain.
14" wide outside diameter with 12" inside diameter between the tubing. The steps are 10" apart inside diameter. The inside diameter of the hooks is 11".
18" x 9.5" Pneumatic tire mounted on plastic rim with non-friction Delrin ball bearings. The 9.5" wide wheel fits the Dynamic AF1 and AF2 Large Wheel Shafts and accepts a 1" diameter shaft.
