Binnacle.com Easy Returns Policy
You may return new and unused items in their new, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. Item(s) must be returned in their original retail packaging including all literature/documentation and original tags. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition. Please complete the Return Authorization form on our website and we will email you an RA# and instructions
- There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet these stated conditions.
- Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
- A return authorization is only required if you are shipping the item(s) to us. If you are bringing them into our store for refund/exchange you do not need a return authorization.
- Need to make an exchange? Request a return authorization for the item(s) you want to return and for fastest service place a new order for the merchandise that you would like on our website. The items that you return will be processed as a refund on the original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal)
Clothing and Wearables:
Any products which has been worn beyond an initial fitting period or out of your home are considered used and cannot be returned. Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.
Please do not remove any tags until you are sure you will not be returning the product.
Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed is non-returnable.
Non-Returnable items:
- Opened software such as chart cards.
- Cut goods, such as rope, hose and wire sold by the foot.
- Special order items ordered at customer request.
- Binnacle Gift certificates
If these items mentioned above are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns older than 30 days.
Product Warranty
- Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you experience difficulty with a product and believe it should be repaired or replaced under warranty, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance and troubleshooting help. If you are not able to resolve the issue with the manufacturer, please email us. We will work with you and the manufacturer to pursue an appropriate resolution to any issues.
Website Errors and Omissions While our goal is an error-free website, we cannot guarantee that material, images or content is accurate or complete This includes price information and product specifications. If we discover a pricing error, it will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order.
We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, to update content and material on our site and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any submitted error or inaccuracy. This may happen after the order has been submitted, and whether or not the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment tendered. |
