It consists of a husky stainless steel bracket and clamp and a 4-1/2" long nylon coated aluminum cleat. It easily mounts to 7/8" or 1" diameter stanchion or rails with the included hose clamp.

Rubbed Effect Varnish provides a clear interior satin finish and maintenance of intact one and two-component interior varnish systems regardless of brand.
