HR Forged Snap Shackle made with Grade 17.4 PH stainless steel. Free rotation with a clevis pin swivel makes it ideal as a Tack Shackle on small keelboats.
The short version used as the first piece of pipe from the top of diesel or solid fuel heater. The barometric damper helps decrease the draft on longer chimneys allowing the user to operate the unit on lower fuel settings. Recommended on all installs.
The vane is permanently attached to the stake while the plastic base easily slides in and out of the bow eye fairlead, held in place for sailing with the stake. Simple to install and remove after sailing.
