For accurate, repeatable tuning of 3/16", 7/32", or 1/4" cable diameters of a sailboat's standing rigging. Aid in setting the tension of supporting cables for radio towers, large tents, and other structures.
It consists of a husky stainless steel bracket and clamp and a 4-1/2" long nylon coated aluminum cleat. It easily mounts to 7/8" or 1" diameter stanchion or rails with the included hose clamp.
The vane is permanently attached to the stake while the plastic base easily slides in and out of the bow eye fairlead, held in place for sailing with the stake. Simple to install and remove after sailing.
