I had a 6 kg and now have a 20 kg (for different boats). This anchor seems to be everything the ads say it is. I used to use a Bruce, which worked well once set but not so easy to set in certain bottoms. But the Rocna sets quick in grass and weed, holds very very well and deals with wind changes very well. Of course it works well in sand and mud.
I have only used it a dozen or so times, but each time it worked great. The biggest test so far was with 5 to 1 scope (chain) in 22 - 24 knot winds. The anchor did not move and had just dug way in as we found out when we pulled it up. Sorry no 50 knot storm stories.
I don't know of any negative except maybe it is a little more expensive than knock-off anchors and you may have to make adjustments to your bow roller, but maybe not.
I absolutely recommend this anchor
