Bought a pair of these to replace the original Meissner 2-speed (but non-self-tailing) primaries on my Mirage 33. Installation was straightforward. There are two options: an inner circle of 5 threaded holes into which you screw, from below, M6 screws, or an outer circle for which you use hex-head M6 bolts - the bolt heads fit into recesses that prevent them from turning as you tighten the nuts from below. I used the second option; the winch's skirt is easily removed and can be used as a template for the holes.
A great product, as Harken stuff tends to be, and looks as though it will be simple to service.
