If you prefer a thicker, high build product you may love Schooner Gold – and you will adore its performance.

Schooner Gold is different. It’s not a regular varnish and it’s not like the regular Schooner.

Developed to apply and perform like a professional varnish, Schooner Gold has a very high viscosity, giving it a very thick appearance in the can. This is deliberate.

Schooner Gold has an incredible film build to fill wood grain faster & ultimately provide a cohesive high gloss finish that outlasts most varnishes.

• High build formulation with excellent self-levelling qualities gives a full gloss finish with the depth and look of an 8-12 coat system, but at only half the number of coats

• Advanced UV technology combines traditional and modern resins. Gloss retention outperforms other leading varnish products; exceptional deep gloss and colour are sustained over the lifetime of the coating
• Incorporates UV-absorbers and HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers)which dissipate heat and protect the coating from free radicals, avoiding premature degradation and further extending the lifespan of the coating
