The rail features a 3/4" (20 mm) x 15/16" (24 mm) oval grip cross-section, shaped to sit naturally in the hand. This oval profile distributes grip pressure evenly, making it comfortable to hold whether you are steadying yourself in a seaway or simply moving through the cabin. The smooth stainless finish is easy to clean and resists the grime and salt residue that accumulates in a marine setting.

Stud Mount Design: Simple Installation, Clean Result

Each handrail fastens using two integral 5/16"-18 threaded studs that pass through the mounting surface and are secured from underneath with nuts and washers. Because all hardware is on the underside of the mounting surface, there are no visible screws or bolts on the rail itself. This approach not only looks cleaner but also creates a more secure, vibration-resistant connection compared to surface-mounted screw fittings.

The 18" and 24" models include the required 5/16" nuts and washers. Note that hardware is not included with the 12" model, so you will want to have appropriate 5/16" nuts and washers on hand before installation.
