Forespar Marelon 250 Series of Full Flush Head Threaded Thru Hull for Pipe 906002
Forespar series of Flush Thru-Hull Connectors are precision moulded in high strength Marelon and are available with or without Screens.
Their great strength, lightweight and complete freedom from corrosion and electrolysis make them the ideal Thru-Hull Connectors for use above or below the waterline.
All Thru-Hull Connectors must be installed with proper bedding compound. Forespar recommends a maximum torque setting of 20 lb/ft. for Series 250 Flush Head Thru-Hull Connectors.
Marelon plumbing fittings have NPT parallel threads. The threads can be sealed with Teflon tape or plumber's dope. Marelon can be used with any marine grade sealant or bedding compound, using the same techniques as with bronze fittings. Bronze and Marelon fittings can be fitted together.
