The primer was used on new epoxy, it was used with the intention of covering it with Interlux Perfection topside paint. The primer needs to be thinned for painting. I used a high gloss foam roller over the surface previously sanded to 180 grit. I sanded the primer down to 180 again and put on another coat of primer to fill in a few rough patches that I hadn't noticed before the primer. The product did a good job and after two coats of Perfection it looks great. The thinned primer has INTENSE fumes that are hard to take even in garage with the door open. A good carbon filter mask is a minimum requirement.
I would not use this stuff in an enclosed space even with a good mask.
I would recommend using it, it did hide a lot of sins. Just apply it where you have a lot of outside air with a good mask.
