Exactly as advertised. Fairly easy rebuild once you get the pedestal disassembled. Get the plastic bushing positioned properly can be a challenge. The instructions recommend stuffing a rag down the pedestal. THIS IS GREAT ADVICE. Stuff a rag down to the point just below where thewheel brake shaft mounts on the pedestal. If you drop anything (and you WILL), the rag will catch it.
