Managing and routing your NMEA data is straight and hassle free using the PRO-NDC-1E2K. The PRO range of products has been designed to withstand the demanding and harsh conditions of the commercial marine environment.

Multiplexers are typically used to combine the data output of multiple instruments into a smaller number of outputs. As you can't connect two talkers to one listener directly, a multiplexer allows data to be output through a single talker connection.

An example of this is a commercial vessel equipped with multiple NMEA 0183 GPS, wind, AIS, and depth instruments. To combine all this data and send it to an NMEA 0183 display, the multiple talker inputs can be merged into a single output on the PRO-NDC-1E2K.

If the data is needed on an NMEA 2000 network, the 1E2K can convert and output this data onto a connected NMEA 2000 network, thanks to the conversion matrix within the product and its incorporated NMEA 2000 connectivity.

With the PRO-NDC-1E2K, data can be filtered, passed, blocked, and monitored, providing greater flexibility and control over all instrument data.

The device also features the ability to stream NMEA data in various formats over Ethernet, allowing it to connect to other existing Ethernet Systems and share vessel data with connected applications or third-party devices.
