Finish looks good. Required accessories Included with 1000 model except for wire. Unlike the 700 model ie: reversing solenoid. The 700 models reversing toggle switch is crap and inadequate for the job.
On the down side, removing the 5/16" chain from the gypsy is tough but can be done. The 1/4" model is much easier as the gypsy clearance to the housing is much larger.
Both work well but don't over pull using boat to break loose the anchor, as this will damage dogs in gypsy and will indent shafts with bearing marks, also the one way bearing may be damaged.
